He Haichao, born in Zhoushan, Zhejiang in 1965, holds a college degree; 1978-1981 Ningbo Machinery Industry School. He worked at Zhoushan Fisheries Company Shipyard from 1981 to 1983; at Zhoushan Municipal Government Office from 1983 to 1987 and studied at Beijing Institute of Electronic Technology from 1987 to 1989, worked at Zhoushan Municipal Government Office from 1989 to 1993. He worked as a General Manager of Zhoushan Jinhai Machinery Co., Ltd from 1993 to 1997. From 1997 to present, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of of Shanghai JWELL Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. 

He Haichao is the founder and chairman of JWELL Machinery. He is the vice chairman of the Chinese Plastic Processing Industry Association, meanwhile, he is also the vice chairman of the Chinese Plastic Machinery Industry Association and plastic machinery expert. He has successively won the titles and awards of "Outstanding Entrepreneur in Jiading District of Shanghai", "Little Giant" in Jiading District of Shanghai, "Top Ten Patent exemplary individual in Jiading District of Shanghai", "Outstanding Contribution Award in Taicang City of Jiangsu Province", "Outstanding Entrepreneur in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province", "The Most Influential Person in China's Polyolefin Industry", visiting professor of Wuhu Vocational and Technical College、visiting professor of Jiangsu Agricultural and Forestry Vocational and Technical College. He has been engaged in plastic equipment industry for nearly 40 years and has written a number of invention patents: 1: A vacuum sizing system, 2: Heat recovery device and extrusion equipment for extrusion equipment, 3: An adjustable sizing device and pipeline production line for pipeline production line, 4: A floating pipe traction equipment, 5: A plastic pipe cutting device with chip free chamfering function, 6: A cooling and shaping device for ultra wide polypropylene thick plates, 7: A multi-layer steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe production equipment, 8: A cutting disc assembly device for twin-screw extruder, 9: A high-precision TPU medical sheet extrusion device, 10: A high-speed PET vacuum forming sheet production line.
